Fees and Living Expenses In Australia

Cost of Accommodation (AUD $)

  • If you choose hostel or guesthouse, then it would cost from $80 to $135 per week.
  • If you choose shared accommodation, then it would cost from $70 to $250 per week
  • If you choose to live in campus, then it would cost from $80 to $250 per week
  • If you prefer home stay, then it would cost from $110 to $270 per week
  • If you choose on rent, then it would cost from $100 to $400 per week
  • If you choose boarding school, then it would cost from $10,000 to $20,000 per year

 

Other Expenses(AUD $)

  • Groceries – $80 to $200 per week
  • Electricity – $60 to $100 per week
  • Phone and Internet – $20 to $50 per week
  • Public transportation – $10 to $50 per week
  • Car – $150 to $250 per week
  • Entertainment – $50 to $100 per week

 

Minimum Living Expenses

  • Average AUD$18,610 /-per annum
